Ticketing for Race Days and Race Clubs
Members, public, marquees and VIP access. We'll take care of your ticketing across the whole race season, not just one race.
We know race days
Many race clubs host a season of races throughout the year, not just one, and having to set up ticketing for multiple events a year is time-consuming for your committee.
Our team builds your ticketing for you no matter what your racing season looks like. And when race day arrives and you need support, the same team is available on the phone.
Built for how a race club actually operates
Set it up once, run it all season
Race days often sell the same things, with ticket types, gate arrangements and locations staying the same from one meeting to the next.
We'll set your ticketing up, then carry it forward across your season. Each new race day is just a matter of confirming dates, prices and capacities rather than starting again. And if something changes, we can make the updates for you.
That means your committee isn't rebuilding an event page 8 times a year, and it means every meeting is set up the same way, so your reporting compares like with like across the season.
Member's tickets and public general admission
Whether you give your members discounts, separate entry or the full VIP treatment, we can set up their tickets separately from public sales. Members can use a code or be checked against your membership list before they buy, so member pricing only goes to the people it’s meant for.
Public general admission sits alongside it, with its own prices, release dates and capacity. If you want early bird pricing for the public or a cap on numbers for your biggest meeting, we’ll build that in too.
Add marquees, tables and dining or drink packages
Hospitality packages can be sold alongside general admission, with limited numbers on each package and add-ons for catering, drinks and parking. Because we charge one booking fee per order rather than per ticket, a group booking a table of 10 with add-ons pays one fee.
You'll see what's sold across every area, so you know how many lunches to order before the caterer needs the number.
Gates open, and the day runs itself
Our Door Scan Manager App turns any phone or tablet into a scanner, across as many gates as you have open. It keeps scanning if the connection drops and syncs when it’s back, which matters at a country course where reception can be patchy. For sites where it’s genuinely poor, we can supply internet for your gates.
And the Box Office App handles gate sales by card or cash, so walk-ups appear alongside your advance sales in the same reporting.
Which kind of race club are you running?
Country and regional race clubs
A handful of racedays a year, a volunteer committee and one big meeting that funds much of the rest.
Community racedays and Cup Days
Marquees, fashion in the field and a crowd that comes for the day out as much as the racing.
Major clubs and raceways
Multiple areas, hospitality tiers, members' facilities and high-volume feature racedays.
Pricing
One booking fee per order, not per ticket
A group of 10 booking a table with add-ons pays one booking fee, not 10. On hospitality bookings, that’s a noticeable difference to what your patrons pay.
No setup fees, no ongoing fees. Nothing for you to pay upfront.
