We know festivals

The work starts long before the gates open. Announcement, early bird, first release, second release. Then there’s the camping, the shuttle bus and the person who bought 4 tickets under her partner’s name and needs one transferred.

You won't be handed a login and left to it. Instead, we'll build your ticket types before you go on sale, and if anything changes in the week before gates open, there's someone on the phone 7 days a week who already knows your event.

From first release to the front gate

Built for how festivals actually sell

Tiered releases and early bird pricing

Festival pricing rarely sits still, because early bird, first release, second release and final release all step up on set dates.

We'll build all of it before you go on sale, with the dates and quantities you've set, so releases switch over when they're supposed to. You can also cap each tier and hold back allocations for competitions or guest lists.

Camping, shuttles, parking and everything else you sell

Very few festivals sell only a ticket, because there's usually camping, powered sites, VIP access, car passes, shuttle transfers or merchandise going with it. So we'll set up all of your add-ons alongside your tickets, which means patrons can buy everything in one go.

There are no setup fees and no ongoing fees, so there's nothing for you to pay upfront.

Patron questions you don't need to answer

Our team handles patron ticketing enquiries directly, 7 days a week, so you can focus on running your festival. Whether it’s name changes, lost tickets, upgrades, transfers or refunds, we’ll handle it for you.

Or if you want to take it a step further, our Event Call Centre Service passes all of your patron queries to us, not just ticketing. We’ll handle enquiries across email, phone and live chat. Plus, we’ll answer the phone with your event name so your patrons think they’re talking to your team, because as far as they’re concerned, they are.

Scan groups into your festival quickly

Our Door Scan Manager App turns any phone or tablet into a scanner working across as many entry points as you need. It keeps scanning if the connection drops and syncs when it's back, which matters at a site in a paddock or a park.

And our Box Office App sells tickets at the gate by card or cash, and those sales appear alongside your online sales straight away.

Which kind of festival are you running?

Music festivals

Staged releases, camping and a headliner announcement that triples your traffic in an hour. Our event pages hold up when everyone arrives at once.

Folk, arts and cultural festivals

Multi-venue programs, session tickets, add-ons and passes that cover the whole weekend. We'll build the ticket structure to match your program rather than the other way round.

Food, wine and lifestyle festivals

Session times, tasting packages, masterclasses and shuttle buses between venues, all with limited places. Sell them together and keep track of capacity.

pricing

One booking fee per order, not per ticket

A group of 6 buying weekend passes together pays one booking fee, not 6. For festivals where most sales are groups, that difference adds up for your patrons.

No setup fees, no ongoing fees. Nothing for you to pay upfront.
