With one quick scan of the patron's barcode, the exhibitor receives their contact details, rates the lead from hot to cold and records notes against it.
Once the event is done, your exhibitors can tap Export Leads in the app, and we'll email them every lead and note they collected during the event.

For expo and trade show organisers, the Expo Leads Manager system also shows you how many leads your event generates, in total and by exhibitor. As a result, you have real numbers to use when you resell and upsell booth space for next year's show, and in your sales collateral and commercial packages.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Ticketebo offers a sliding pricing scale based on the number of exhibitors at your event. Pricing starts from $990 (incl. GST) per event, and that also covers full app training for your exhibitors. Please contact our Account Management team for a quote for your event.
From there we see organisers either:
a) Charging exhibitors for the app if they want it (and thereby creating an extra revenue stream for the event) OR
b) Building the cost of the app into their overall pricing models and then delivering the app to all exhibitors as a value add to their event.
