Ticketing for dance, cheer & gymnastics competitions
You've got sessions running all weekend, a venue with a strict capacity limit and families who only want tickets for the afternoon their child is on. We'll set up all of your ticketing so you don't have to.
We know how competition and session-based events run
Families aren't coming for all 11 hours. They're coming on Sunday afternoon, because their child is performing at 2.10pm, and they'd like to sit together. Fair enough. Meanwhile you've got a capacity you can't go over, studios sending entries through in dribs and drabs, and somebody has to decide whether a 4-year-old sibling needs a ticket of their own.
Most ticketing isn't built for any of that. We build yours around your running order, your venue capacity restrictions, and the way your families actually book. And we're on the phone to support you throughout the weekend.
Built for how competitions actually sell
Sell by session, with a capacity on each
A weekend competition might run 6 or 8 sessions, and most families only want the one their child is competing in. A weekend pass isn't much use to someone who's coming for 3 hours.
Each session can be its own ticket with its own limit, so Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon sell separately and you can see how full each one is.
The limit is the part that matters. You can't oversell a room you've put a cap on, and if the Sunday final is the session everyone wants, you'll watch it fill up weeks out rather than find out at the door.
Families book together and pay one fee
Spectator tickets are often bought in groups. It might be two parents, a grandparent, an aunt and a sibling who's been dragged along.
One booking fee per order, not per ticket. So those 5 pay one fee between them instead of 5 fees. Over a weekend made up of hundreds of little group bookings, that's real money staying with your families, and it's the kind of thing parents notice and mention to each other.
Sessions change over, and the room stays under control
The Door Scan Manager App turns your phone or tablet into a ticket scanner, so you're checking tickets at each session door instead of running on trust. You can also check in a group booking with just one ticket scan for the families rolling in.
The Box Office App handles the families who decide on Saturday morning that they're coming after all. It takes card or cash, and those sales count against the same session capacity as everything sold online.
Programs, photos and everything else on the day
You can sell programs, photography permits, merchandise and, for a lot of events, a stream for the grandparents who couldn’t make the drive, all alongside the session tickets.
That way a family buys everything at once rather than queuing up on the day. You end up with one set of numbers covering the lot, which makes the Monday reconciliation job much easier.
What kind of event are you running?

Rinks and stadiums, allocated areas, and a long day. We'll set up ticket types that match how your event is actually put together.
Pricing
One low booking fee per order, not per ticket
A family buying 5 tickets pays one booking fee, not 5. For competitions selling to groups all day, that difference adds up for your patrons.
No setup fees, no ongoing fees. Nothing for you to pay upfront.
